Podere Giardino
Reggio Emilia, Emilia Romagna
Introducing the winery, in Susanna’s words.

The ancient roots of a family, deeply intertwined with those of the traditional varieties they cultivate.
We are in Reggio Emilia, home to one of the most renowned cheeses in the world: Parmigiano Reggiano. There, three siblings, Marco, Federica and Paolo Crotti follow the principles of organic and natural agriculture as they have for four generations: Marco takes care of the vines, wisely processing their fruits into excellent sparkling wines, including mind-blowing lambruscos; while Federica and Paolo care for the cows and the production of an exceptional Parmigiano, contributing to the health of the soils through the addition of top quality manure.
Their sparkling white and red wines strike the palate with a surprising elegant and bright attitude. It is as if the synergy between indigenous yeasts and indigenous grapes replicates the frank and lively character of the Emilian people.
