What data we collect and how

The only tool through which this site collects personal data is the contact form. We do not use comments, user registration, tracking cookies, or any other data collection system.

When you fill out and submit the contact form, we collect the following data:

  • Message content you write in the form
  • Name (or other identifier requested in the form)
  • Email address

This data is provided voluntarily by the user when submitting the form.

Automatically collected data

When the form is submitted, our server may also automatically record:

  • IP address of the sender
  • Date and time of submission

This technical data is collected for security purposes and to prevent abuse (e.g. spam), not for profiling purposes.

Purpose of processing

Data collected through the contact form is processed exclusively to:

  • Fulfil any legal obligations connected to the request
  • Respond to your request or message
  • Manage the communication you initiated

Legal basis

Processing of the data provided through the contact form is based on the consent of the data subject, expressed through the voluntary submission of the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or on pre-contractual/contractual measures where the request concerns a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who we share your data with

We do not share, sell, or transfer to third parties the data collected through the contact form, except:

  • Where required by law or requested by competent authorities
  • Technical providers who manage the site’s infrastructure (e.g. hosting provider, email delivery service), who act as data processors to the extent necessary to ensure the form functions properly

To protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may process technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to verify that the form is being submitted by a human. This processing takes place when you submit the form. How long we retain your data

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for a maximum period of 12 months, unless otherwise required by law or by the need for longer retention for administrative or legal defence purposes.

Where your data is sent

Data submitted through the contact form is delivered to the email inbox of the data controller indicated above and stored in a server in the European Union.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you
  • Obtain access to your personal data
  • Request rectification or erasure of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to the processing of your data
  • Request data portability, where applicable
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (in Italy: www.garanteprivacy.it)

This site does not use profiling or tracking cookies. The contact form itself does not save cookies on your device for its own purposes. Embedded content

This site uses a plugin to embed content from Instagram (e.g. posts or feeds). Embedded Instagram content behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited Instagram directly.
